well let's look at what we know from experience. if bernie says he is going after ati, he will stop at nothing to get it as he did with mci so we may as well assume the worst, wcom is buying ati. now wcom should be worth $100 in the near future so 1.1 shares means $110 for ati which is now at $82. we also know from the mci merger that this will lower the present stock price and hold it in limbo for the next couple of months. we can hope that this is long term accretive and two years from now we may be looking at a $200 stock. all mho.
