mich, bloomberg stands to gain financially if abtx goes down a little to let his buds cover some shorts.imho

Thanks for your post and sharing your update from John Francis. It was the sort of statement I would expect from ABTX. It sounds like there was a lot of conviction in John's statement on ABTX being in the right.

From the Bloomburg release (wasn't that a surprise they covered the lawsuit article), it sounds like sour grapes and posturing by Helena's counsel -- what else do you expect their corporate counsel to do in this situation? They have to make some sort of statement just to make the appearance of being potentially innocent -- to do nothing would be to admit guilt.

At any rate, this is insignificant compared to the scale of the other ABTX issues ahead of us.
