If we have $3M of shareholder's equity, how many shares out there do we have? What's our new book value?

I did not read the news close enough. It would seem this report is for 1997. I would hope 1998 is not even worse. The 3.1mm equity must be for this time period, is it not?

I now have more questions than answers. At least DBDY seems alive. I had my doubts for some time.

Well, lets see if we can fill in the blanks.
