You are welcome to review my posts. I believe that I was always clear that Carl Kruse was apparently accused of filing fraudulent documents in order to receive payment for work not done. Exactly as described in the citation that has been available on this thread for months. I am quite certain that I have never made the claim that Carl was indicted for the criminal act of fraud as you would claim that I have. There is apparently no end of the earth you will not go to in order to bluster your way out of your miserable fumbling of the explanation for qui tam actions. The citation that I offered you was from a footnote that I found in a report on qui tam offered by the New York State Bar (http://www.nysba.org/legis/civilprosecut.html ). It apparently cites the same construction company, in what I believe now is a different action than reported in the original article, as the date (1994 v. 1995) on the article and the list of defendants is different. But by all means examine the source of my citation. (Note: The report itself might help you some as it remarkably describes the qui tam process exactly as I have related, and no longer remarkably at odds to your undying description). How can I be creating a fraud upon anyone. I am only relating linked facts, contrary to yourself.

Carl did not deny the fact that he has been charged with other Civil and Criminal charges and of course these are the escapades that he got caught, it is any-ones guess on how many our little friend wasnt charged with and has gotten away with for now!! How many times have you sped before getting a speeding ticket? Why do you think JOHNNY has him on Pan Ams payroll? Carl has not denied that either, has he? PRWT down another 9% today and NHLT tanks 25% yesterday, dont you find that odd when you consider all of these mind boggling press releases. THE SELL OFF WILL CONTINUE TOMORROW!! PS: DONT YOU ALSO FIND IT ODD THAT JOHNNY WILL NOT ADDRESS HIS INVESTORS IN A PUBLIC FORUM. COULD IT BE HE HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE!!?? YOU BE THE JUDGE
