Not at all. You have twisted things entirely to suit your purpose, once again. And you are focusing on something that I already have said for days now. It is truly unfortunate that have not read the source links that I have provided you. Not only would you be less ignorant about something that you have been acting like an expert on, but you would understand that this action you extracted, the citation reference that I gave you, could not possibly be the right one. This citation is for US 3rd District Court of Appeals, dated 1994. From the looks of it it was returned to the District Court. The Press Release that I have been quoting is dated 1995. If you are a real Legal Beast then you could pull up the proceeding of the case that was discussed in the Press Release. I am not on WestLaw or any of the other legal search services as you surely are. So I will leave it to you to research it. Btw, I note that you are as resistant to learning how to spell desperately as you are to learning how the qui tam process works. I further note with continued mirth that you have yet to acknowledge the error of your previous posts about that process to which you proclaim expertise or to supply documentation of your claims that I have committed any fraud here. I am afraid I will have to return your post with an incomplete. It needs a lot of work. I hope your professors are not catching your performance here, as there would surely be serious doubt about your successful graduation.
