Thats my understanding also. Most of the time it is 30% of the settlement that goes to the lawyers. Most are settled before trial and the settlement is sealed.

I would think that is what will happen here. Because neither BNEZ or AOL will want to go to trial.

That's my understanding also.

(I thought what was said about the promotional campaign, etc. was the part that made more sense than the wild ramblings...)
