Robert, Don't count on AOL settling. They would rather spend millions fighting this case than settle because they do not want to set precedent. Moreover, AOL has won just about every lawsuit that has been directed at it. I wish BNEZ forget the damn law suit and concentrate more and use their meager finances to advertise and sell their products, pma, capscape, etc. This, IMO is what will it for bnez and us shareholders. Elio, with all due respect, please calm down. Nobody really knows if shares are being printed and dumped by bnez management. What bothers me though is why somebody from the ir department of bnez does not address this issue denying this allegation. IMO, it is simple and will save a lot of headaches for all concerned. peace and good luck. peacelover
