I shorted a little AVNT just before the close, at 21 3/4.

I wouldn't be surprised if it runs up a little more, but I retained plenty of margin, and will be happy to short more.

The AVNT-CDN civil case will eventually be settled in court before a jury, and before that happens, AVNT management may be in jail, making little rocks out of big rocks.

Barb, I saw your post on the FIBR thread and took my 3 1/2 points from holding overnight. Thanks for the reminder. I checked the chart and saw some initial resistance at 11ish.

E*Trade had a small amount of FIBR for me to play with. Their short availability varies but seems to be as good or better than Datek these days.
