Elio- If the MM's bought extra shares from BNEZ they would now be long. They wouldnt be selling to drive the price down! Or do you think that BNEZ was willing to sell the MM's the shares *below* the market price?
I'm sure Mr D. & others would have been happy to buy the stock in a private offering.
If you really think BNEZ managment is so stupid as to deliberately sabatoge their own stock price then I'd be far more concerned that they arent capable of running the company and selling software too.
Even though they "dont care" about the short term stock price they know that the higher the stock price the more they buy with the stock.
I still feel it must be people BNEZ has "paid" in on form or another with stock. Yes, its still "printing shares" but its something you need to do.
