I agree with your analysis. I believe we have money coming out of BRK and moving into the more volatile, high performers. This action will reverse itself however.

BRK is a long term investment. Very true. I'm holding mine and plan to add on the way down.

I agree with your last sentence. You know me: take my favorite sector: OILS. Nobody was buying because the price of oil is at a 25 year low, so i do. And i sit. and wait. and wait. and wait. pretty soon, Oil prices are heading back up, and so is the value of my Oil portfolio. But in the meantime, i sit, and wait, and wait, and wait some more, while the YHOO's of the world rollercoaster up and down and up some more. So do i tie up cash in a long-term yet flat investment i KNOW will be back ? , or do i jump on a rollercoaster and HOPE i get on 'at the right time' and jump out 'at the right time' ??.
Well, knowing how my timing SUCKS lately, i am just sitting back on my slow but sure Oil Investments...
