Ken read posts here (Joe Medsker's I believe) and you will learn that indeed SMTK bought a division from DCI and as a result of that transaction we have gotten to where we are today. FURTHER reading will enlighten you as to the fact that mgmt does not consider this earlier transaction a closed issue. In fact there are open items that now in light of today's announcement and subsequent STOCK PRICE of SMTK may or may not have a bearing on DCI going into the future. If you need to LEARN about your investments, you might use more honey than vinegar. Colin
