>> Ken read posts here (Joe Medsker's I believe) and you will learn that indeed SMTK
bought a division from DCI and as a result of that transaction we have gotten to where we are today.

Bolding is mine. Correction, the SMTK transaction is a contributing factor as to why DCI is where it is today. Go back and read the press releases. You may have missed a few other significant contributing factors, not the least of which is the outstanding management at the helm of this enterprise. Moreover, as you pointed out, the key SMTK transaction is past tense, as in a done deal. Sure, there is the class action suit and perhaps other DCI-initiated legal actions pending, as you again pointed out, but come on, Colin, do you really think that those are essential parts of Murphy's overall plan or exit strategy? I sure hope not.

>> In fact there are open items that now in light of today's announcement and subsequent STOCK PRICE of SMTK may or may not have a
bearing on DCI going into the future.

Perhaps this is so, but what the hell does any of this have to do with your dead cat dribble drive?! All I asked was that you place an OT in front of your ain't-I-bitchen posts about trading SMTK. Sorry if I got in the way of your parade.

IMO, SMTK's troubles are in no way a reflection on the current condition nor future potential of this company. Hence, your touting SMTK as a play is equally of little consequence to this DCI stock thread.

>> If you need to LEARN about your investments, you might use more honey than vinegar.

And you might want to learn how to lower the level of vitriol in your ego stores, as the combination of the two rarely produce the intellectual chemiluminescence that you presume to achieve.

Colin, I'm sure this is quite profound, but can you clarify?

"In fact there are open items that now in light of today's announcement and subsequent STOCK PRICE of SMTK may or may not have a bearing on DCI going into the future."

"....may or may not have a bearing"....what does that REALLY mean?

Sounds like "The snow may or may not be deep." Tells me nothing.

Do you think it will have a bearing?
