Maybe I wasn't clear. Schwab does stops on NASDAQ stocks as a service to their clients with the exception of volatile internet stocks. There are also different margin requirements for these stocks.

Muhney, Thanks for verifying that for me. I was afraid that something new was made available that I was missing out on!

I have StockEdge On-Line and I place my "stops" in there as "alerts"
When the stock trades or bids at a price that I preselect - a visual and an audible alarm go off, alerting me to place my sell (or buy) order. I think they even have cell-phone, beeper and fax alerts for people on the run.
