I had thought of mutual fund purchasers as Aastra is the type of micro-cap that the managers at Bisset and Clarington like, but the float may be too small for them to take a position without driving the stock up. But then again maybe that's what's in the process of happening after all. We'll see with time. Speaking about a small float, I had some thoughts around that too when considering this company. But then I learned that eBay's (not absolutely positive, but pretty sure it was eBay) total float is only 4 million - having closed at 292 3/8 today, it doesn't seem to have hurt their share price any !!!
