Chuzz...I just got back from 16 hours of work...I'm sorry my answer to your question of the 3/1 shares being available won't be thorough....I'm going to have to do a little research, but I have read this somewhere..It wasn't done by my calculations.

I do think a 3/1 is possible, as Bull Mkt. Report has said, and they have liked AOL for a long time..I'm assuming they've done the research on this.....

Is it also not possible for AOL to put it to the shareholders for a vote to increase the number of shares if that is what is needed?

Regards, George

Chuzz,

If nothing else why would you not buy 50 shares of AMZN. Not trying to be pushy. I've just grown to admire your knowledge and integrity of thought . When I heard the CEO of CSCO say on Lou Dobbs that AMZN would be the next WMT, it really it home again.

regards,
