IMHO: 2:1 split is possible, but i don't see a 3:1 split for AOL until after the aol/nscp merger. somehow i can't see the merger stock ratio (from aol's PR point of view) being 1.35 shares of AOL for each share of NSCP (.45+.45+.45).

Good morning George,

Is it also not possible for AOL to put it to the shareholders for a vote to increase the number of shares if that is what is needed?

Sure, and if I'm correct that's exactly what they will need to do. All I was saying is that there now appears to be insufficient shares for any split.

TTFN,
