Walt-- I think the batteries used in the Solectria Sunrise on the 373 mile range record were around 65wh/kg. The GMO/1 battery is already north of that and the GMO/2 and GMO/3 are up in the 80 to 90wh/kg range. So yes, lots of companies, including ours are increasing performance. It is hoped that the magnesium iniatives may increase density and lower cost. Stan has always said we will be over 100wh/kg "soon", its just not as soon as you and I might hope.
