So what...... Even if a 504 was filed it would add about 5 million shares to BNEZ still way under the authorized 35 million. Elio, money will be raised by PMA sales. Why do we need further dilution to raise money except a little more for advertising? If PMA sells it is the engine to drive everything else including updates(more revenue) and future products. Also once BNEZ becomes reporting(probably in the last six months of this year) there can be a shareholder meeting and raise the number of authorized shares higher. 35 million is a very low authorized share total. I don't see another reverse split. Lakers
