Bill, Forget CPU for a moment. My boats full. :) I like you to consider and help me think through a pair trade on AVNT and CDN. I know I don't have all my facts straight since It's been a while since I looked at AVNT or CDN, but with the recent news of the AVNT indictments, I think shorting AVNT and going LOng CDN would be a good play in any market. It is my expectation that AVNT will ultimately have to pay CDN money for the technology they stole from CDN. The payoff to CDN might be estimated at teh amount of sales of Aquious (sp) and one other product, at triple the amount. Please give me you typical analysis and insight. TIA The weaker at heart could also write options for both AVNT and CDN. chester
