By the same token, I don't see why WellRich would lie about what happened. If AZNT hadn't shown up, they'd have won by default. Why wouldn't they merely have said that? I just do not get why he would lie to spider, knowing how the info gets plastered all over the internet. Because he's completely wigged out? Just a guess. Remember: the company also issued a press release in which it claimed that RETN would be distributing ToN to 250 Sweet Factory outlets. That was a lie, too. And there've been so many others...
