anax, guess I miss it. Since when is having the *ability to raise funds* a negative thing ? Seems like a FAILURE or INABILITY to raise capital would be a little more uncomfortable. I miss your point here.

Only a few months ago, you and drakes were asking us *where* would ABTX raise funds ? Can you guys get your story more consistent ? In a few weeks, you'll be knocking ABTX saying "how WILL they spend all that money" and trying to create negative spin on that as well.

Geez' - if they were Exxon raising capital, you would not be posting this. It would be a non-issue. Companies raise capital all the time, by selling assets, by selling bonds, junk bonds, s/t loans, l/t loans, bridge loans, convertibles, warrants...the list of methods is endless. I sincerely feel no matter how ABTX tried to raise capital, you and drakes would try to inpute ONLY NEGATIVITY into the transaction. Your agenda is too easy to read guy.

ok..so we read it from you first. Can you enlighten us as to what to make of it ?

So far, minimal damage (as in 45 min. worth and a temporary lull in momentum late afternoon), and I emphasize that term "minimal", from yesterday's timely news from Bloomberg. Doubt this news release will have much impact either. The short gameplan is now a more than predictable.

We all know, and predicted, and require as shareholders, that Thomas move the company forward *AS IF THERE IS NO DEAL WHATSOEVER*. Prudent and fiduciary management deserves nothing less. Let's call it contingency planning.

Keep at it - seems like lately everytime you & drakes come up w/ a spin, feed it to Evans, and [then] especially Bloomberg releases said article...price gets more firm. That's a puzzle I am still chuckling over. I still laugh uproariously when I think of Evans hunched over a desk on NEW YEARS EVE, literally, trying to crank out a press release to slam ABTX. DO THE DISINFORMATION HOUNDS WHO ARE FEEDING HIM not realize the absurdity of that one event on it's own ? I'm laughing again I catch myself.

Catch 'ya on the uptick.

Very Good.
The response was professional and to the point ; abtx is in a good position with or without the acquisition, and the strategic merger process is on schedule. $16 and beyond........
