Hey Anthony, I do believe you have a hell of a lawsuit against him, especially for the post about the criminal record, In Pa to publish such private info, especially if its expunged, is a felony . I know the NAS stuff is public info however.

Anthony,

While I support your assertions that you have turned of a "new leaf" in your life. I don't understand what is libelous or slanderous about posting these publicly available actions.

We've all made mistakes in our lives, certainly myself included.

The issue is what we have learned from that experience and how we act to change things for the good in the future.

I bear you no grudge. I simply recommend that you neither try to defend yourself so voiciferously, nor attempt to call others "slanderers".

What we have done in our lives, right or wrong, (or wrong for what we thought were the right reasons) are history. We continue to make personal "history" each and every day of our collective lives. People can only truly judge TRUE credibility by present actions while keeping in mind past actions as a source of background info.

As most of us know, people are oftentimes both good and bad at different times of our lives.

But we also know... "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.. shame on me".

I admire your efforts at re-establishing your credibility, as well as assisting other to unravel the mysteries of the marketplace. You, more than any of us, know the cost of losing that credibility.

Good luck!!!

Regards,

Ron
