Monitors are relatively cheap; one of mine is a Raster Ops 20" which I paid $2,000 for a few years back. A friend of mine just loaded his cellar with 8 of them, I think. He could not have paid half as much per monitor as I did. I'm waiting for it to blow out so I can replace it with a flat screen, but they are very expensive. I know what you mean, though. I have 4 monitors and if I had more room I would buy more. My friend stacked his, then he has another half a dozen normal sized ones. I imagine I would go blind if I had to spend much time with him.
