yes dear i will even tell you again i have no doubt this hearing may even have taken place. but without agreement from aznt this hearing proceeds WITHOUT aznt which appears to be the case here. you must do some professional research on how arbitration works dear. if aznt does not file agreement to arbitrate wellrich must compel them to arbitrate which is what you are promoting here. then what is customary dear if aznt still wants no part of this arbitration is to have this hearing WITHOUT aznt, which if this hearing took place must have been the case since we know aznt did not participate & we can confirm where sylver & qualey were 6 jan.. now arbitrator will rule WITHOUT aznts participation. any award, if deemed by arbitrator, is then matter for court. wellrich will have to show court any merit to arbitrators decision. brush up dear. your promotion of this wellrich scam only serves to assist marcasse & shurr at the detriment of aznt shareholders. why will you not address carmine bua's opinion letter he & wellrich sent out to aznt 144 shareholders wellrich solicited for stock? afraid? spider spider
