To All, 1. I got a silly offer today. Some goofus group called Summit offered me $7 and change for my shares of Chile Fund. Pardon me boys, but I hope you get run over by the Chatannooga Choo Choo. I can get $9 and change on the floor of the NYSE. <G> Not only that, but the last day to respond to their generous offer was yesterday. Huh!?????? I'd better get rid of this Forest Gump Hair style. <G> 2. For those who didn't hear it on CNBS, Amazon is now worth more than all the stocks on the Singapore Stock Exchange. And Yahoo is now valued at more than the "entire country of Norway," whatever that means. I assume they mean stocks, as I haven't bought Norway lately. <G> MB
