Please answer the questions concerning the idea that you changed Legal Documents to further your story,is this true? Absolutely not. The record is very clear. The only other citation that I found involving Coastal General Construction Services, the one I posted, you will note listed them and "et al" meaning others. Since it was an action brought by the Virgin Island Housing Authority, I posted that citation. It has turned out that this citation is for a Court of Appeals ruling a year earlier than the date on the Press Release. Yes, even I make mistakes. You can stridently attempt to call this fraud, along with your legal student buddy. But note it was an error that he did not catch when he posted the text of the ruling. If there was an attempt to mislead, you should surely look toward Mr. Legal Beagle. He has mischaracterized the nature of the qui tam process to fit the story he would loose upon the world about what that suit implies, and he had not a whit of insight to recognize that the citation that I provided was for what necessarily must have been a different or, at the very least, an earlier action. If you would have him do any work for you after school, I suggest that you have an attorney check it for completeness.
