Another slap in VTEL's face. Intel is investing in PCTL to develop VC products, even though Intel has a stake in VTEL. Shows what INTC thinks of VTEL's capabilities.

There has been a lot of insider buying at VTEL since June 98.

I think its just a matter of time, and are investors willing to
wait it out. I am long with my small position.
