To All:

Please give me your insight into why Cisco can outperform other attractive companies during the next 5 years starting with the current stock price. Let me first say that I love the company but at a P/E ratio > 100 and a forecasted earnings growth rate of 28% APR for the next 5 years, I think even Cisco is way overvalued. I would compare it to going to a Lexus dealer and writing a check of $150,000 for a top of the line Lexus; yes it's one helluva car but look at the value you received compared to other top of the line vehicles. I'd love to own Cisco but to me it seems that a fair price is $60 to $70 a share. What am I missing here? Should a rational/value investor really consider buying Cisco at this level? To me it seems like a short sell of Cisco would have more potential although I would never consider such a thing in the current market. Please try to back up your analysis with facts and figures if possible. Thanks for any comments.
