That is a good arguement, but we must all remember here that whatever the decisions are, IT IS GOING TO SET A PRECEDENT FOR THE INTERNET INDUSTRY AND THE CDA ACT OF 1996

If we go to court, and win, then the door is wide open for any company that has had problems with the Internet. AOL sure isn't going to want to lose in court, because with them as the ones WHO LOST AND SET THE PRECENDT, THE CHANCE INCREASE 100 FOLD FOR EVERY COMPANY THAT WOULD TAKE THEM TO COURT,

plus all the companies that do go after them, already have our motions and grievances on file, won't take them near as much time and as much MONEY, which is what this whole deal comes down to like usual.

REMEMBER, FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, AOL IS THE ONES WHO HAD MOST OF THE CDA WRITTEN AND LOBBIED AND PUSHED THROUGH CONGRESS, wouldn't that be a bite in the ass, the law to protect them screws them, LOL a new S&P 500 company sure doesn't need a class action lawsuit down the road, IMO

just waiting to see who blinks first, my bet AOL
