<Starting New Coverage: NASDAQ: IFLY

We are finally starting coverage of this Wall Street sweetheart. 800 Travel Systems
seems to be on-time with the roll-out of their Internet Commerce application. Many
E-mails from investors indicate that some have already tested and seen the system. (This
includes one of our own Due Diligence committee members SIMARX.) Simarx tells us
that he plans to have a position of 50,000 shares by the end of the year (hows that for a
disclaimer, we would not have listed the stock otherwise.)

IFLY is currently re-tracing on very low volume from a recent double. Evidently as
more and more of the public have been allowed to test the pilot of the system, the stock
has benefitted. The stock demonstrates great upside potential with a small float and
profitable core business. All the ingrediants that made eBay such a hit. While no one can
be sure how the investment community will reward entry into the Internet sector, we do
have many positive examples to lean on. We expect the stock will appreciate in value as
the January release approaches. Take advantage of the profit taking that is gong on.

Try this at Expedia or Preview Travel:

Well folks I am impressed!

"I tried the IRIS last night and must say the quote I received from the agent was to say the least "EXCELLENT!"

I have always tried Expedia and Preview Travel Online. Than to make my final decision, I would always call my own travel agent to see what type of magic she can come up with.

Well, the magic at IFLY's new internet reservation system gave me the best quote and I mean THE BEST.
Neither Expedia.com or PTVL could beat my IRIS agent's price. Nor my own travel agent. She was shocked at what IRIS quoted for me.

Anyway here was the scenario from yesterday's call.

I signed on with no problem and was very impressed with how fast the agent came online with a quote. I was looking for a round trip airfare from Los Angeles to Hawaii. I wanted to book a flight in Sept. 1999. My first quote came at 611.00. I travel back and forth to HAwaii to visit relatives/and do business. I've been doing this for years since I moved here to California. Anyway, the average cost for a R/T ticket LAX-LIH (Lihue- Kauai) is currently around 650 - 800 Coach... of course depending on the time you want to leave, etc.

I felt the $611.oo price she quoted me was too high for what I am used to. I declined the itinerary presented to me and within seconds, she sent me another quote online. It was for $575.00 I then told her that this was STILL TOO HIGH FOR MY BUDGET and was wondering if she knew of any specials that could give me a lower fare.

Well, guess what? My agent said hold on and about 3 minutes later returned with a whopping R/T fare of $300 R/T!!!! Plus she proceeded to give me an additional discount of $25.00 WOW, such customer service!

The only hitch for this special fare was that it was only good for the months of May and June. Well, I booked that ticket immediately. Although it was not in Sept, I was astonished at how helpful my agent on IRIS turned out to be.

She answered every question I had and gave me what I wanted and that is "Is there any specials to Hawaii????" The answer was a definite YES!"

IFLY - lower prices, bigger commissions, better service.
And more importantly - they have an excellent relationship with their supplier. Why? George Warde.
