Really got pissed off at Waterhouse. Had a hard time
getting in on Fri. Called and complained and told them
I was going to switch my account. They talked me out of
not switching. A lot of new things happening there in the
next few months. They advised me not to use book mark when
I have trouble getting in, type in url instead. It worked.
I'm also sending e-mail with suggestions and complaints.
Thought you like to know.

I think this is great advice. I have been trying to lay out my plan the night bore and stick to the plan. If I miss something, there will be something new coming along. I always have lost when just chasing something hot. Having a plan and sticking to it prevents you from the disaster of chasing a stock on its way up and grabbing some right at its peak.
