BANCHEE,

I use Waterhouse as well. I was trying to sell CYCH and GNCI into the morning run when the Waterhouse Webbroker crashed. I tried calling to place my sell orders and, after being on hold for ten minutes, got out of CYCH a point and a half lower than I wanted, and made a losing trade on GNCI. Waterhouse has great fees: just $12 per trade. But unless something changes with their Webbroker, I'm switching to AB Watley.
It feels good to vent!

Banchee & Poet... I've heard about changes coming at Waterhouse for months now. Never see 'em. It's getting kinda expensive missing trades because Web Broker is down, or the phones are busy. Granted, it's not an every day occurance, just seems to happen on that important trade... and every trade is important! : )

I'm looking at A. B. Watley also. Sounds perfect, except for the $10,000 minimum. I'm not quite at that trading level yet with my capital. Hopefully within a month or two.
