My Mom and Dad are Dead, would you like a copy of there death certificates?? You folks here that like to threaten people in indirect ways and being cute just motivates us that much more to dig deeper in Pan Am's business practices. The info that I will be posting next week on what we have uncovered will even have Pan Am employees dumping there shares. I do have preliminary info that Pan Am's outstanding/authorized shares are well over One Billion. It appears that Pan Am is running out of ways to finance there massive on-going debt. It also appears that some of Pan Am's suppliers and competitors are investigating the CRUSE/SCHMITZ connection. The SEC is also being notified about the aforementioned. THOUGHTS? PS: IMO, I SEE THE SEC TAKING A SIMILAR ACTION AGAINST PRWT AS THEY DID MTEI. IT ONLY TOOK THE SEC SIXTY DAYS TO SHUT DOWN MTEI.
