"It appears that Pan Am is running out of ways to finance there massive on-going debt."

"WARMINSTER, Pa., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- National Health and Safety Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NHLT - news) announced today that it has entered into final stages of negotiations with PanAmerican BanCorp (OTC Bulletin Board: PRWT - news) of New York to provide up to $6 million in expansion financing."

Rosy, it doesn't make one iota of sense that a company with massive
debt would be financing another company, does it? Several of management have told me that the company has no debt. Your lack of common sense is appalling. Also, learn how to spell "their", "there" and "they're". Is there an English teacher out there that can tutor Rosy on the side?
