Could somebody tell me what a "debiture" is. Is that something you put in your mouth when all your teeth fall out?

I am also checking out a report that there are off shore debitures that are also selling their shares at the highest price possible prior to the reverse split. It would be anybodys guess on how many shares are listed with the off shore debitures. O my gosh, bring in the wheel barrel's so I can load all of my PRWT certs and haul them to the broker to sell. ROSARIO has information that were going to tank, He is like E.F. Hutton when Rosario speaks everyone listen's we better sell. I am so scared. what to do?
