Interesting. I don't recall that from the release at the time they paid out. Perhaps you'd care to substantiate your claim with a link?

It's also interesting that nobody minds that David misrepresents the facts concerning this. Even if what you claim is true, it was still a net liability, and he was representing it as a victory.
