You have me confused with someone else. I have not said any one was found guilty of anything, especially criminal.

I have reported that someone who, by his own proclamation had brought substantial business to the company, was apparently a defendant in a law suit, joined voluntarily by the US Department of Justice, as reported in the link that I furnished (http://www.arentfox.com/features/quitam/quitam5j.htm ), was claimed to have fabricated documents and information they knew were false and submitted the documents to the housing authority to support fraudulent and inflated claims.

As it turns out, we now have assurances from John Schmitz, that this individual has not performed any work for PRWT. In that case, I suspect we now know that this individual may have extended his history of making inflated claims. As far as PRWT is concerned this complete denial of his involvement makes the outcome of his case moot. Surely we can revisit his involvement, if it were to come to light that John Schmitz were not being truthful.

But I am sure that it warms his heart that you would risk joining David Sirk in your defense of him.
