I just read the gobbly-gook you spewed, but I have a question, have you seen the perspectus for MKWT?? It clearly states CBSMarketwatch.com is dependant on DBCC. I scanned it and did not read it completely, but I thought I also read that DBCC completely funds and maintains the site. I don't see the advantage of CBS buying DBCC's share of marketwatch

AJ, I have several questions.. Why did CBS partner with DBCC? Why didn't CBS just do the IPO themselves? Lastly, why do you think that NBC will dump MSNBC?
