Dave & Tom,
Why not take it step further....add another 3 markets and only trade the ones that show up as the most profitable with regards to risk reward $$$ at any given time due to volatility, chart pattern, etc.....?

Hell if your programing that other stuff ...this part should be cake
just a thought...

The typical Bollinger band is one standard deviation on either side of the mean or two? I thought it was only one?

You make some valid points -- and I'll factor it in, if and when I get to putting something together. Your point about the volatility having to be one of the variables is a good one.
