OT I guess I will have to go check out the thread to see what's happening. Don't think I have been to Lake Como but the Italian Riveria (Cinque Terre) is quaint and you can follow it right on down to the Amalfi Coast on a cruise for those that like cruising. I love the Italian Coast. However, I don't think I would want to be riding down those twisting hair pin roads from Sorrento to Amalfi on New Years Eve !!!! I was too chicken to ride a moped down them even in the dead of summer. Marisa Tomei's movie Only You was shot partly in Positano which is another one of those quaint little towns near Amalfi for those jaded by the big city lights of Paree and the Big Apple.
