OFF TOPIC but may be close to the pocket-book:

Hello Dusty and all:

The following was received today. I have not had the time to go to the web site but will soon.

this will affect all of us. FOR YOUR ACTION!!!

This is something that affects each of us. Please read and forward:

>> Congress will be voting in less than two weeks. CNN stated that the
Government would, in two weeks time, decide to allow or not allow a
charge to your phone bill equal to a Long Distance call EACH time you
access the Internet. The address is house.gov

>>If you choose, visit the address above and fill out the necessary
form! If EACH one of us, forwards this message on to others in a hurry,
we may be able to prevent this injustice from happening! Please Pass
This ON.

Best,love and a hug,

Marshall

You must notice that those of us in CNHH are usually quiet. Your comments however deserve response. When anyone tries to link these stocks they continue to use the names of those still involved...and trying to help the company.

Mark is out. Too much on his plate??? Maybe he needs the time to concentrate on MIDL!? I honestly hope this helps Midland. But what does this have to do with CNHH? Mark was as officer but not the man at the helm. IMHO CNHH will continue to grow with or without Mark. With Midland he has taken a different position and is obviously trying to correct the wrongs of others.

I'm not touting CNHH and am only a small private investor. Debra and I reviewed our stocks at the end of the year and dumped what we considered to be dogs. CNH Holdings was not on the list. We're not going to throw out the baby with the bathwater. This one still has potential.

We haven't seen DF anywhere in the CNHH info, have you?

Luck to us all,

Jeff
