Data vendors like Quotes Plus provide real funnymental data that can be scanned then the list sent to MSWIN. It also allows other filtering.

Your example isn't a funnydmental one but falls to TA - a measure of price. The best way is to look at IBD's RS and EPS rankings. Canslim.
QP2 can come close with its scans, if you don't get paper.
