You know what Jhild, you are right!!!! I will not bring it up again, it is obvious Rosario has no intentions of producing such documents or just flat out can't.... either way, I will not mention it again.

I truly recommend that you return to talking about the company. jhild Practice what you are preaching! You have for the past 40 some odd posts done your very best to keep Cruse in the front of your posts.Yet when your partner makes a statement in one of his posts and another poster calls him on it,it all of a sudden "unconscionable".The whole matter would not have come to light if Rosario had not offered the information in the first place right?So if Rosario didn't want it talked about would it not have been a prudent action on Rosario's part NOT to mention it in the first place? Or was this planned from the begining? yet you demand them in a public forum and bristle that anyone else would comment. I missed the post where Lucky DEMANDED the certificates could you show it to me please! and not hold John Schmitz, Merv Rosenfeld and Gus Leodas to the same standard as far as financial statements, and proof that the reverse merger has been completed. How do you KNOW that she has not contacted the above mentioned people and in FACT asked for this to be cleared up? Picking at Rosario, may make him bleed but having a wounded Rosario researching this company and scattershotting his DD can't be in your or the other longs best interests. I personally can't think of a better way to get to the FACTS can you? Rosario will have to either PRODUCE REAL FACTS about the company OR SHUT-UP!Because he will either be right or wrong. I would love to KNOW the TRUTH good or bad jhild.Then when the TRUTH is finally out one way of the other we will be done with the likes of people like you and Rosario. If you are right then I guess we will have to listen to your "i told you so" and hope you get that WRITE UP you so desperately want considering you have spent countless hours on a .02 cent stock. Rosario we unfortunately are stuck with until SI gets a BACKBONE and gets rid of him. jhild you have been "the champion of justice" here for a long time now and I am curious to the fact that you think this company is a scam and have spent so much time to prove it,yet you decide to come to the rescue of the companies biggest offender. I know that you are very good in doing research so it suprises me that you would DEFEND a person such as Rosario?I have posted his OWN POSTS to him several times and your DEFENSE for him was that he couldn't be judged because of the side of the stock he might be on,(long or not). And there in BLACK & WHITE BY HIS OWN HAND Rosario has LIED,MIS-LEAD,HARASSED and INSULTED more posters on more threads than ANY POSTER that I have seen. Yet here you are DEFENDING the poor picked on Rosario? WHY? I know you know I am right you have read his posts and please don't tell me that it depends on the position he might have in the stock.
