This is to SEOL users: If you feel that when "you have to reboot StockEdge during the day or have a long data interruption, especially if it is toward the end of the day, it takes way to long to reload all the tick data for say 45 to 50 symbols. Thus getting them ALL back to current, so you can easily switch back and forth between them, period."

The way to avoid this entire problem of having to remember and re-enter 45 different ticker symbols is to simply SAVE THE FILE.

Once the ticker symbols are there and the data is streaming in - perhaps other real-time systems load faster, maybe that's the point LG was making. If so rather than go 'round the bush about this 'n that, maybe someone can simply come on here and tell us that XYZ real-time builds their charts much faster than SEOL.

I know that my RT3 system does not load faster, that's why I use SEOL for charts and RT3 for order entry for the time being.
