So you would think but my understanding is that anything with Windows 3.1 is likely not compliant. The conventional wisdom is that there will be many organizations that will opt for new PCs as opposed to trying to upgrade old machines with Win 95, 98, or NT. Further, there is a host of software out there that is likely not compliant with the date change. It isn't at all confined to mainframes. In fact they still are finding some minor bugs in Win 95.
