Frank - Thanks for the response. I still don't think $2 Billion is going to build much in the way of HFC network - not compared to the demand anyway. The other question I have is who is going to build this network and who are they buying equipment from. I really thought Antec and HLIT were out front in this technology but they have not been mentioned in any of the press I have seen. AT&T should be more specific about their plans. Otherwise, they continue to suffer a credability gap because of the poor image of TCI. Incidentally, T is having trouble getting the TCI franchises transferred without opening it up to competition. I know this is true in Portland and Oakland. It could easily become an issue in Seattle.
