i completely disagree. IOM's products are great (i own a jaz drive and do full system and incremental backups regularly) and they have tons of info at their online knowledge base site.

who's fault is that? it is my understanding (having never personally experienced a prob with one of their products) that IOM has very good replacement programs in effect for any drives or removable storage that have failed. their website had extensive info on how to obtain satisfaction in the event of a problem.
