Swordsman,

Before you came on board there were regular posts about people having troubles with TSIG orders. The company is still in the process of working out a lot of kinks in the machinery and this looks like one of them.

Things seem to be going more smoothly now, but when we get the large influx of orders we are expecting, more glitches may pop up.

These problems may continue to occur for the next few months. But it would be nice to get rid of them.

Hi Sword,

You are 100% accurate in your assessment. But please try and understand that this is a problem that TSIG management is very well aware of... and perhaps one of the reasons that "deals" are being "held back". The problem is apparently due to the software scripts written into the old (existing) website and the poor and inadequate linkages with the vendors... and is definitely being corrected in the new site Cohesive is completing... together with making it much more intuitive and functional. IMO, it will truly be "state of the art"!! Cohesive has not only significant experience and a superb reputation to protect, but I believe we can trust that with Cohesive's Managing Partner, John Hwang, on TSIG's board he will assure that not one penny is lost due to "glitches". And this too shall pass!!

Be Right... Sit Tight!!!

Best always,

Marty
