Philip, I understand the same.
But in doing all my DD this has been the same lament for as far back as I can research. Long before cohesives time. Didnt tsig have money from a busted Pp last winter when they acquired CCI. What kind of decisions were made at that time and who and where are the people that made those decisions. Thoses decisions have us in the place we are now. In some ways this is a great place because of RG's foresight about CCI and the call center synergy. In other ways the delays to get this far due to busted plays are terrible. Because of the chronic appearance of these kinds of things they are potentially deadly.
What I would and I think what we all should start to tally is is there a common thread running through all the bad decisions in the form of a person or persons at other levels of management.
Again I believe in tsig or else I wouldnt be here but this is big league stuff and continued forgiveness of bad decisions is imo very foolish.
