Well, the story is about Chicago two decades ago, which is a time and place reknowned for political corruption. Remember the dead people that continued to vote? Allegations that Kennedy stole the election from Nixon by corrupt voting in Cook County? I can't remember the jokes, my husband is from Chicago but he is sleeping in this morning. One about a man who never voted Democrat until the day he died, but never voted Republican afterwards? I think that Chicago has been cleaned up a lot since then.
